Curbita
Name: Curbita
Nickname(s): The Ancient One, The First Awake
Race: Saiyan (Ancient)
Age: (Physically) 22/(Chronologically) 5 Million Years Old
Gender: Female
Planet: Planet Sadal
Appearance: A rather tanned young woman in her twenties, standing at roughly six feet six inches tall (6'6"), with moderately larger muscles than typical, Curbita is the example of an average Saiyan warrior of her time. Her hair is spikey like those of her species, and a thick black color, the same hair she was born with, however with minor red highlights to the tips. She also possesses a tail, much to the difference of her tailless cousins in the modern age, which is a dark brown color and houses strong muscles, enough to support her entire weight. She is average sized in her bust and hips, being overall average. However, her clothes is where she is different from the modern fold of Saiyans. She wears rather primitive, outdated stolen Frost-Seijin armor that is designed to only protect the most vital of humanoid organs, though surprisingly powerful in protection compared to modern armor. This armor is red with white fur lining made of a stretchy, durable material unknown to Curbita. The armor is a one-piece chest piece into a skirt, with black leggings underneath and a pair of matching armored boots from the same armor set. Her hair is pulled back with a red ribbon she had ripped from an old Sadalan Flag, still bearing the Ancient Saiyan words for "Conquer" on it in legible letters. On her armor is embroidered the symbol of the original Royal Saiyan Family she originated from.
History: Born on the Planet Sadal roughly five million years ago to two Elite Saiyan warriors, Curbita was raised the proper way any Saiyan should. Becoming a space pirate and learning the trade of planet jumping to steal from the locals and purge those who defied her will and actions. She was raised rather right, becoming pretty well known back on the planet as she worked herself into a cushy job for the Saiyan Royal Family, still wearing their emblem in the modern day, before the instructed assault on Planet Plant.
She left for the planet promptly, taking a few years to arrive to the main force and joining in on the battles, dominating as a strong and powerful general with her abnormally large Oozaru. However, it was clear they were in the retreat, and ahead of schedule, Curbita ordered her direct men of around two hundred to jump ship and follow her. Locking coordinates on another Planet, they'd arrive back at Sadal, gather supplies, and leave for Planet Frost for another attempt at victory after their loss to the Tuffles. This would not come, however, upon arrival.
After landing on the planet, their pods all crashed into a gigantic lake on the planet, directly during a mass freeze of the planet during the planet's ice age, freezing over the lake as the pods landed in, many cryogenically freezing below the water, while other pods crashed into the extremely thick, fast freezing ice, exploding and dying on impact, leaving fossilized Ancient Saiyan bones on Planet Frost above the encased Saiyan squadron.
After an attempt at construction, the Frost-Seijin would accidentally release the Ancient Saiyans, finding their pods and first opening Curbita's mothership, prodding her for info on their species and who they were as the Frost-Seijin released her brethen. While most lost their memories, either partially or permanently, Curbita was lucky to hold most of it intact through the freeze, only forgetting minor events throughout her life. She, alongside the rest of her people, were evicted from the planet by the Emperor after they were requested to leave and go back to Sadal on brand new, faster ships. Upon returning home, unable to process how different the planet was, she took to becoming a small-time mercenary as she pieced together what she'd do with her life from the then on.
Racials:
Zenkai: When a Saiyan almost dies their power potential increases exponentially. When you almost die in a DE/SAGA and survive with less than 5% HP, you feel yourself closer to your next transformation removing 10% of the required PL for your next form. This does not negate mastery or other requirements on that form and only works 3 times per trans.
Tail Weakness: A Saiyan’s tail is their true weak point and often a highly guarded part of the Saiyan’s body. The Saiyan tail allows them to absorb blutz waves and transform into the Oozaru form, if this tail is removed they are incapable of accessing these forms until it grows back (which requires an advanced healing chamber or stimulant.) If this tail is grabbed, the Saiyan will be forced into a state of shock that stuns then for a moment and drops their guard substantially (50% PL Drop), Saiyans require 10% less stamina to dodge a grab attempt at their tail compared to other body parts. This can be trained away with 1 TP at 10,000 PL.
Techniques:
[UT] Darkness Limbs: This can once per thread replace one lost limb in combat without any negatives to your stats or with the need to heal.
[STA-1] Monstrous Monarch: Charging her dark, primal Ki into her firsts, Curbita launches punch after punch of superpowered energy into the opponent, attempting to break whatever guard they have. [1-33% DMG STA]
[STA-2] Vile Viscount: By engulfing her Legs and Arms with her dark, primal Ki, she charges at the opponent launching professional strikes through a trained concentration of insanely fast strikes, attempting to overwhelm the enemy. [1-66% DMG STA]
[T-1] Ki Sensing: Using her (rather outdated) knowledge of Ki, Curbita is capable of sensing planetwide Ki signatures and their origins, species, and so forth through decisive spiritual gymnastics.
Example Solo:
"Curbita, get yourself together." The Saiyaness would say to herself, slapping herself to her senses as she looked around the apartment's room and took in the smells. Decay, death, blood, all oozing from the flooring and walls like freshly brewed tea. She wasn't sure how, or why, but her hit was definitely stolen from her. The room before her housed six corpses around a coffee table on the floor, still steaming with nice, fresh coffee for each patron. They were Saiyans, no doubt. The specific saiyans she was tasked to kill by her client, but she had not been the one to pull the metaphorical trigger. She was far from that.
Each Saiyan laid back on their respective seats, thee claw-holes on their chest leaking blood like water from a pitcher, a fresh kill, yet decaying at a fantastically high rate. It was abnormal... She wasn't sure how to continue.
Inspecting the room, Curbita came across a video camera in the corner, inspecting the room for a terminal and discovering a small laptop behind the bar which housed the connection to the camera.
"Ha! Perfect."
As she'd review the footage from merely an hour prior and watch a masked figure in a coat enter the room, his body rippling with muscle as his arm went forward at lightning speed and seemed to dispatch the foes with unprecedented skill. It was a professional, and an alien one at that. His claws being roughly a foot in length, and his glaring red eyes pierced the camera as he looked into it, before fleeing.
"Who the hell could that be?"
