Technique and Mastery Applications

Here is where you can apply for techniques as well as transformation mastery point traits. Below will be the template for each of these. Just post below what you are aping and then you may post it in the Grading Area to be reviewed. Do note: Techniques or trait requests can and will be denied based on moderator discretion, you will be notified with suggested edits as well as a list of what we feel is problematic about it. Thank you for understanding.
Note: The TP required for a technique is EQUAL to the tier. This price will be reduced as noted based on if a technique is being built off another of a lower tier.
Note: Mastery can be a trait that creates a passive effect OR a +1 boost for the transformation. However you are limited to a capacity of +3x on any trans you apply mastery to.
