Crying Sakura Petals [Silica]

While taking offense at first that she wasn't going to be that much older than the lady in front of her, she would bring her hands into the air before slamming them down beside the lady called Silica, causing her sizes to tremble for a moment, their unbound action drawing the attention from the nearby people as she would then soon try to grasp her hands to spin her around.

"You see, I may not be that much older than you, but I have raised enough children, although if you offer me that little tidbit of information, then I shall call you my wife instead.
Although I must admit, that at this point there is nothing that would stop me from admitting how much I am going to care for you, I am going to wake up in the morning and make you breakfast, help you with your tasks and make sure."

As she got closer, pressing her finger against her nose before realizing that she had been stepping on Sam this entire time, kicking him to the side, only to have something taken from between her legs as she would gawk completely red.
Her control of the situation turning into a scenario where she was dropped down to her knees, crying large droplets of tears as she would be unable to move for an inch.

Having let go of everybody and everything, she would sit there, sobbing a little bit.

"S... Silica... Can you please ask Sam to give me my panties back..." As sam sat stuck, in a tree, smugly smiling about what he had done, a pretty little white panty with a bear print on the back flowing in the wind as he showed it as a victorious little trophy as he was proud about being able to do evil.
Not realizing that instead, he was making those two help each other.

As Silica lost her footing, the mermaid having noticed her losing her energy and passing out, she would sigh for a tender moment as she would put her hand forwards to catch her, lunging forwards as the passersby knew not to peek upon a mother who was doing her job as she would ask the boy tenderly of his 'treasure' as she slipped it onto herself, thanking him carefully.

Making her way to slowly cup her, bringing her body towards her own chest, cupping her protectively before walking outwards, as if checking for a key that she had, before giving up.
The boy silently tossing the mermaid a key as he would move towards the pond while making sure that the other mermaids with their incredible 'gains' wouldn't end up in trouble too soon.

Yet as the mermaid slowly started moving away from the park, carrying the child to a house, as she picked up a small collection of clothes to dress herself in a more simple style, wearing a straw hat to cover her elongated, fin-like ears as she would smile at the sun that was crawling towards the horizon to decide that the planet was entering a little nap in this region.

Humming to herself, she would look at the girl that she was carrying before simply looking at the sky, thanking the gods for giving her the potion.
Tears slowly dropping down onto her chest as she made sure to not let it fall down onto the girl that she was carrying as her dreams of being a mother were slowly being fulfilled.
As an infertile creature that was left to rot away in a small enclosed world of a pond, they were all given a chance to flourish into the wild, they were given a chance to become beautiful mothers that would be able to take care of children, take care of the planet and help others as she would slowly start patting the child that she was carrying.

Knowing that she was an adult and that she had a small collection of experiences behind herself as she would work hard to make sure that she could raise her correctly as she swallowed deeply, before then speaking tenderly.

"I love you, my little petal, I may not be suited to raise you as a pretty little flower, but I shall do my best to make my little petal shine as beautiful as the gems that decorate this land because I really do love you." As she walks to the rented home that Sam used to take care of her.
Make her breakfast, make her feel warm, take her to amusement parks, not just for her development but also for her own desires as she hasn't felt this fulfilled since the day she was born in the pond.
